Small but very enchanting. Great cafe great food at a great price Fantastic gardens at back to relax.
A fun and interactive place in the centre of a lovely town. Worth visiting Bewdley and well worth stopping off at the museum
Lovely place. Nice little craft shops. There's also a great little teashop -- typical -normal price. Had a great time.
What an interesting place to visit and it's free. Donations gratefully accepted. Plenty of historic, interactive information to be gleaned in the pretty Georgian town by the beautiful River Severn. They even have a second world war air raid shelter in the grounds with volunteers providing fascinating stories. Beautiful gardens and various sculptures surround the museum plus a on site cafe which serves generous portions of food. I have not seen bigger slices of bread pudding anywhere else. Well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed.
It is a small but amazing museum it is very interesting and informative it has a lovely cafe , great little work shops . Some original prison cells with details of the crimes the prisoners committed to end up in there . It has a lovely little outdoor area , and dressing up for children and adults alike .It also has some very interesting exhibits and changes them regularly . It also has stocks which you can sit in and imagine what it must have been like to really have to endure that punishment .It is a great place to visit for young and old alike and it is free to enter . It is well worth a visit to the museum and also it has the bonus of being in the beautiful town of Bewdley.
