Used to be a great pharmacy , since moving to new premises its dramatically slid down hill.After many mistakes made by them on my prescription never being ready, the attitude of the new so called manager , when confronted at why there are so many mistakes made, she said and I quote! dont you under stand its not here , do you have brain cancer or some thingI have decided after this to leave and find another pharmacy that can deliver on customer care, and service.
Ordered on Wednesday, told would be ready after 5 on Friday. No it wasnt and not the first time.
ordered my repeat prescription wednesday 25th told it would be ready for friday 27th after 5pm, no prescription ready then, told saturday, still not there, tried monday still no luck, told to ring doctors and they told me murrys had it on the 27th, murrys said they did not have, moved to another pharmacy now.
Have had brilliant care for last 5 years. Sadly, the service has now gone downhill. Three of my neighbours have now gone elsewhere, possibly me next. Asked for a delivery for tomorrow, Wednesday today and advised no hope till next Monday. Sounds like a rash of very bad management has crept in. Pity, always so helpful before they moved
