Good office spaces
I was a tenant of Citibase for 8 years and say with confidence the offices are in a very bad state of repair and the site is generally underfunded. Parking is a nightmare with poor intermittent services. Totally overpriced and they failed to return my deposit when I left, claiming they needed to spend 500 for refurbishing an office 12 feet square, without providing a single invoice. Buyer-be-very-aware.
